TRACEY RICH

As an Asheville native, Tracey has a depth of knowledge in local history, schools, and all of the diverse amenities our area offers.  She can help you make informed decisions when buying or selling real estate in the Asheville area.

Tracey graduated from Western Carolina University where she earned a BSBA with a concentration in marketing.  After college, Tracey began her business career as an Admissions Representative at Cecil’s Business College and went on to teach Marketing Education at Tuscola High School in the Haywood County school system.  Her marketing background then led her to the sales management position at Broadmoor Golf course and to marketing for M7 Event Solutions.

In 2006, her husband’s job transfer led her to a year in Hickory, NC, and while there she earned her NC real estate license and began her real estate career.  Upon returning to Asheville, she was able to really hone in on her real estate career, loving the chance to share the Asheville story and lifestyle with others.  Her husband owns his own building company, which has given her the additional ability to gain expertise in new construction.

As well as being a wife and a mom, Tracey is a savvy business person who builds strong personal connections with people.  Her empathy, diligence and tenacity to fulfill a client’s needs earn her the respect as a trusted professional.

Tracey is also a Certified Yoga Teacher through Asheville Yoga Center and has been teaching yoga in WNC for five years. She loves to travel to anywhere warm where there is sand underfoot and entertaining family and friends.
