     Susanne’s commercial real estate career began in 1985, thus providing her clients with more than 25 years of broad experience including development, acquisitions, dispositions, management, and environmental mitigation.  Her focus has been on providing the expertise needed so that the client can focus on an objective: Investments, Redevelopment or Site location.

    Her career credentials, the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member-awarded in 1997) designation and CPM (Certified Property Manager-awarded in 1994), demonstrate her commitment to further her knowledge so that she can provide the best advice for her clients.  Her commercial real estate career started with Grubb & Ellis in Phoenix, Arizona, as a retail specialist and then ranges from a vice president of real estate for major California banks, both in their trust department and facilities divisions, to project management for major hotel developer/operator in San Diego and co-owner of an environmental mitigation company in Los Angeles.  

    She relocated to Western North Carolina in 2005 and joined Beverly-Hanks & Associates in 2007 and lives in the Laurel Park Area of Hendersonville.  Since moving to Hendersonville she has served as Chairperson of the Board of St. James School for Little Folks, and is treasurer of Feed the Kids, a program that provides hot meals every Friday night for the children at the Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County.
