My Residential Listings

I have been a realtor for 18 years, specializing in on site sales of luxury, second home, retirement and golf course properties.  I recently returned to the mountains after working in the Naples area, in Florida. 

I grew up in Florida and spent my summers in Hendersonville, N.C..  As a child, I always wanted to call Hendersonville home; now I do. 

However, prior to my return, I worked for Sports Afield, a nationally syndicated tv show, where I did underwater cave diving, swam with the Manatees and worked on fishing shows. 

After working in the great outdoors, I moved to New York City and worked for Merrill Lynch as a Financial Consultant and before leaving New York City, accepted the challenge of being an Account Executive for National Field Marketing,  which involved setting up concerts, ski races, and other events for major corporations across the US.

Much of my real estate background has been with new home communities and lifestyle/golf communities.  In Florida, I worked with the nation’s largest homebuilder and was schooled on a philosophy of “customer delight”.

Whether sailing in the Galapogos Islands, solo camping in the Everglades or aerobatic flying, I enjoy new and different adventures.  I also enjoy hiking at the Sandburg Estate, going to the state theater and playing “Zen” golf.
