                                     Katie Gault

This young woman, wise and capable beyond her years, is an Asheville native who credits her grounded demeanor to her parents and the morals and values of a wonderful childhood she enjoyed in the small town living in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.

Katie is a graduate of Madison High School and then attended and graduated from Appalachian State with a BA in Business and Marketing.  Her extra curricular activities there included Intramural sports and member of the American Marketing Association.

Another old mountain value she practices with her customers and clients is loyalty.  Katie focuses on meeting their needs by being an excellent listener who truly hears what her client’s needs are and is focused on meeting their needs.  In her first job after college she practiced her sales and customer service skills.  Those skills combined with her business and marketing skills proved a huge benefit to her clients when she began her real estate career.

When starting her real estate career Katie says her goal was to “follow in the foosteps of Excellence.”  She is referring to the excellence of her father, who is one of the top real estate agents at Beverly-Hanks & Associates.  He most assuredly is the ultimate of Excellence in the real estate profession.  And you might say; “like father, like daughter.”

Katie is active in her church, Paint Gap Baptist, where her father is pastor.  Recently married to her husband Kristopher, they are happy spending time with their two miniature Schnauzers and love doing home projects together.They also continue hiking the multitude of mountain trails in our area and cooking and traveling anywhere new that has different cultures.
