As a native of Western North Carolina, Jonathan has always known the quality, beauty and diversity of life that belongs to this region. His life’s enjoyments are generated from the area’s natural environment, a fervor for the outdoors- like golf, snowboarding, waterskiing, and camping. Jonathan’s energetic, active lifestyle encompasses many interests including recreation, family and community service.
This love for the area naturally led him to a career that allows him to help others who love it, too and who ultimately want to make a home here. It’s no surprise that his high energy, “work hard-play hard” philosophy dictates his professional performance. Clients can expect a tireless effort driven by a will for results. Whether researching compatible properties for buyers, preparing market analysis for sellers or compiling area demographics for potential newcomers, Jonathan’s goal remains exceptional service that ends in a successful transaction. As a multi million dollar producer Jonathan also has the experience to negotiate a turbulent market.
Jonathan graduated from Madison High School and attended Appalachian State University. He volunteers for the Rotary Club, Red Cross, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Madison County Parks and Recreation. He resides in North Asheville with his wife Katie and their son, Brady.
