Brandi D. Huffman
"Getting Things Done!"
Brandi D. Huffman is a genuine Southerner. She was born in Wilkesboro, NC, just a few hours from Asheville, and attended Wilkes Community College where she received her Associates in Arts Degree in Communications and then onto Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC, right outside of Asheville. While at WCU she studied Public Relations, Marketing & Professional Sales, graduating with her Bachelor of Science Degree in 2002. She achieved high honors graduating Cum Laude, Dean's List Honoree, and was active in the WCU Student Government Association, campus intramurals, Panhellenic Council and the Alpha Xi Delta Sorority.
Her real estate career began in on-site sales and marketing before joining Beverly-Hanks & Associates residential sales team. In her words, her philosophy of her real estate career is: "I find the positive substance in all situations. I give my all and best each day and I feel as if life returns the favor." Brandi was honored for the 2007 year, with the “Contributing to Excellence” Award among her Beverly-Hanks office colleagues. This annual award is given to the sales associate who exhibits the highest degree of professionalism and dependability while working with staff, management, consumers, agents within Beverly-Hanks, and real estate agents within the community. The recipient is determined by a vote of each Beverly-Hanks sales associate and is a true honor to receive.
In addition, Brandi was a Beverly-Hanks Office Leader 7 of 12 months in 2007 and numerous times since. She has also been among the Platinum and Silver Sellers with Beverly-Hanks & Associates!
Brandi currently resides in Asheville where she enjoys the gorgeous surroundings of the mountains, four lovely seasons, an eclectic variety of individuals, city appeal with small town charm. Brandi began her real estate career at age of 23. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as the Public Relations Director to a Luxury Contractor in Western North Carolina.
Brandi continues to show an eagerness to refine her selling and negotiating skills through further education courses, which keep her in top form to tackle the state of the current real estate market.
As a Certified New Home Specialist and Residential Construction Specialist, Brandi is well equipped to assist home buyers in locating and securing the home of their dreams and guide home sellers in moving on to the next stage and new endeavors.

When not reaching for one of her goals or helping a real estate client reach for theirs, Brandi is dedicated to physical exercise for mind and body, spending time with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, "Stella" and ballroom dancing as much as possible!
