Elaine is a native of Weaverville and attended school in the North Buncombe County school system. She earned a BS from Mars Hill College. After college she began her business career in sales and convention planning and quickly advanced through the ranks to become Assistant Director of Marketing at the Renaissance Hotel. This gave her immense business experience and real knowledge of Asheville’s tourism industry.
She earned her NC real estate license strictly to sell her Contractor husbands spec homes, then as her knowledge and experience grew she gravitated to general brokerage and quickly became a Top Producer in the local MLS and Asheville Board of Realtors. She broadened her skills to re-sale real estate, new home construction and land development.
17 years later she is the Broker-In- Charge of the Beverly-Hanks office on Merrimon Ave. in North Asheville. Elaine’s many years of experience, as well as knowledge of the area, and local market conditions, combined with her organizational and business experience, she is able to provide her agents with the leadership skills they need to serve their clients at the highest professional level. Elaine also makes herself available to her agents’ buyer and seller clients throughout every step of their real estate transaction.
